50-minute Counselling Sessions:
I endeavour to make my rates affordable and my services accessible. In keeping with these values, fees are kept as low as possible. Fees are set using a sliding scale as part of the Intake process.
$120+ per 50-minute sessions Telehealth methods using free secure video (Jane). Price includes administrative fees.
How it works:
To arrange an appointment, please email Jennifer and she will email you to book your first intake session with her.
Intake Session:
Your very first intake session with me will cost $90 and this is where we will together go over your intake forms. (You will receive an email from "Jane" , my booking engine, which will prompt you to fill out general information as well as your intake form online and these must be filled out before your first session).
In your intake session we then determine the goals of your therapy, go over confidentiality, the price of your following sessions as well as how often (every week, every two weeks, once a month, etc.).
Payment:
I use Square or e-transfer for accepting payment (Square - a link is emailed to you the day of your session to complete payment or E-Transfer can be sent to this email mindfullelements@gmail.com).
Payment must be made no later than 30-minutes prior to the start of your session. Or for in-person, payment is completed at the end of your session.
Receipts:
Mind Full Elements receipts are emailed to the client once the session is completed.

Cancellation Policy:
Mind Full Elements Counselling has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged a percentage of the cost of the session. Missed appointments are charged the full session fee. Read my full cancellation policy.
