My goal is to use counselling elements to go from Mind Full to being Mindful.
These are two distinct headspaces and can affect your quality of life.

When you are Mind Full, you can be devoured by random thoughts, feel stressed, and your attention is clouded.

We tend to miss vital information which can lead to higher anxiety and depressive symptoms.

As we become Mindful in our lives, we learn to be present in the moment. We learn to reduce running thoughts and increase clarity, which helps boost memory; all while learning techniques to assist in lowering anxiety and depression.
