A Little About Me
Mental health work has always felt like a natural fit for me. I’ve always been fascinated by the layers that make us who we are; the experiences we carry, the stories we tell ourselves, and the patterns we develop along the way. Outside of counselling, you’ll usually find me with my husband and our dog, Zeke; getting lost in horror films; enjoying a moonlit night and feeding the crows. These things keep me grounded and remind me that curiosity, connection, wonder, and joy matter too.

For me, counselling is about creating space for you to gently uncover those layers, make sense of what’s underneath, and find more clarity, compassion, and connection with ourselves. There is something almost magical about being truly heard and realizing we don’t have to navigate everything alone.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all counselling. You are a whole person; not a label, a diagnosis, or a DSM code. Your experiences, values, identity, and the life you’re trying to build all matter.

My hope is that our work together gives you a place to show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and explore where you are, where you’ve been, and where you’d like to go next.

Sometimes healing begins with simply being heard. Sometimes, it begins with a conversation.
