I offer 50-minute individual sessions, customized to meet your specific needs, available both in-person and via video. 

Collaborative Exploration:
Together, we will delve into your experiences. Our journey will start with talk therapy—a dialogue between client and counsellor—where we address what you are currently facing. We will identify patterns, emotions, and experiences that resonate with you, guiding us toward deeper insights and new ways of being.
I strongly believe that sessions are not a one-size-fits-all process; each person and their situation is distinct, and thus, their sessions should reflect that individuality. 

A Safe Space:
While I may not have all the answers, I provide a confidential, non-judgmental, and empathetic space for you. My approach is shaped by your identity and what is most important to you. My counselling style is characterized by warmth, acceptance, and respect, with a focus on attentive listening, empathy, professional ethics, and accountability.
